Can i return items to you?
If for any reason you're unhappy with the items received you're welcome to return them to us within 14 days provided they are in an unused condition and how you received them.
Once received we will process a refund for the item costs.
We're unable to accept returns on personalised items unless the item is defective or there is an error with the manufacture.
If your item is damaged please contact our customer service team via firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can advise you on the steps to take.

Can i exchange items?
Unfortunately we don't offer direct exchanges. To make the situation simplified If you would like to swap an item for a different item or size you'll need to return the item to us at the address above. We'll then process a refund for the item and you'll need to place an order for the new item you require.
My item has arrived defective / damaged.
We're sorry there has been an issue. Please email us at email@example.com with some images and an outline of the issue so we can resolve that for you.
I have received the incorrect item, What should i do?
Please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and information on the item you have mistakenly received.
How long do refunds take?
When we process your refund you'll be notified via email. We aim to process refunds for returned items within 7 business days of receipt. Please be aware that refunds made to your debit / credit card can take up to 7 business days to show in your account. These processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.
