Returns / Refunds

If for any reason you need to return your item(s), you’re welcome to do so within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in the condition in which you received them. Once we receive your return, a full refund for the item(s) will be issued. Please note that we do not refund postage costs for returns where the product is not faulty. Refunds will cover the item cost only.

If your item is faulty due to a manufacturing defect, we will either provide a returns postage label or reimburse your return postage costs. Any refunded postage will be based on the standard rate of the original dispatch.

We are unable to accept returns on personalised items unless they are defective or there has been an error in production. If your personalised item is damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service team at help@dnabindustries.com, and we will guide you through the next steps.

For general returns, please send your items to the following address. Be sure to include your order number and a brief note explaining why you are returning the item. We recommend using a tracked service wherever possible to ensure your return reaches us safely.
