Shipping & Delivery

Many of our products are carefully made to order, giving you the option to personalise them exactly how you want. Because of this, we aim to process and dispatch all orders within 5 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that “Request a Kit” items may take a little longer due to their specialised nature.

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you an email confirming shipment along with a tracking number. This will allow you to monitor your delivery every step of the way, so you’ll always know when your order is on its way and when to expect it at your door.

The last day to order for a Christmas delivery is 14th December 2025, any orders placed after this date may arrive in time but this is not guaranteed.

Our offices will be closed between 24th December and 1st January. We will then return to a normal routine as of 2nd January.

All orders shipped to the United Kingdom carry a £4.50 shipping charge.
