How long will it take to dispatch my order?
With a large percentage of our stores items being manufactured to order to allow us so many personalisation options we aim to ship your items within 5 business days following the date of purchase excl request a kit items.
When your order is shipped you'll receive an email notification from us along with the tracking information for your delivery. You can refer to this for updates on when your package will arrive.
What if my order contains a pre-order item, will you ship items separately?
When you place an order and it contains an item which is a pre order. We don't split the shipment. Your whole order will ship when all of the items contained in it are available.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do. We work with a variety of couriers to send packages all over the world. Please be aware that with international orders that any customs / import fees/charges are the responsibility of the receiver of goods. Failure to pay these fees when contacted by the delivery partner can result in the failure of them to deliver. If they return the package to us under this circumstance you are entitled to a full refund of the item costs but not the delivery costs we've incurred.
How long does delivery take?
Once dispatched UK orders will be delivered within 1-3 business days, International orders are variable and can take up to 21 days from dispatch excl any customs delays. Please refer to your tracking.
Why have my items not been shipped together?
As our items are manufactured to order this sometimes happens in different locations so we will ship items as and when they are available to send to avoid you having to wait for them. This is why you may receive several packages from us. There is no additional charge for us handling your order in this way.
Where is my order?
